Guidelines

  1. Cell phones are permitted. The use of cell phones will be limited to client rooms during evening hours and breaks. They are not permitted during class times. If you do not have a cell phone, a phone is available in the staff room that can be used.

  2. Make sure you bring all prescription medication that you take on a daily basis. Please bring ONLY what you will need for the duration of the program. Medications will ONLY be accepted in the bottles they were prescribed to you in.

  3. If you are discharged from the program for any reason, you will not get a refund and will have to pay the full amount again to reschedule.

  4. If you schedule a class, cancel for any reason, and have to reschedule - an additional $50.00 deposit will be required.

  5. Program dates are subject to change and we will notify you within 14 days if a change takes place.

  6. All smoking requests will be taken into consideration. Due to limited availability, not all requests will be granted. Smoking areas are available on the premises.

With whom am I staying?

  • The hotel rooms are based upon double occupancy. You will be assigned room partners of the same gender and smoking preference upon admissions.

  • Private rooms are available at all locations for an additional $125.00.

When do I show up?

  • Check-in is at 5 pm on Thursday. Please eat something Thursday before admission because we do not provide food that evening. Check-out is at 5 pm on Sunday.

What is going to happen at this program?

  • You are going to be educated about alcohol and other substances, the effects that they have on your system, and the decisions that you must make to avoid being arrested again for the same offense.

What about my medications?

  • Please bring all of the prescription medication that you will need. Only medication prescribed by your doctor in PHARMACY BOTTLES will be accepted.

What kind of food is being served?

  • Austintown: Catering by Nicolinni’s Restaurant

  • Catered lunch and dinner is served during the program. A hot continental breakfast is served every morning. Snacks and beverages are available through vending machines. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages. We provide coffee, iced tea, and juices.

What should I bring?

  • Clothing and personal hygiene items
